Went out to this little underground karaoke bar/pool hall on Printer's Alley in downtown Nashville with m friend Maria. Wish I'd brought my camera.

Work again tonight and hopefully something fun tonight.

I work lunch tomorrow on Super Bowl Sunday. Hopefully a good time to make some serious money.

Coraline?

Because I know that there's at least one cute girl reading this, I decided to feature these for a minute.

via KicksOnFire.com

"A special edition of the Coraline Dunk is predicted to be one of the most unique special editions ever created. The shoes were based on the book Coraline by author Neil Gaiman. These shoes feature a rare hand sewn black visible seam complete with cat and mouse lace locks and tails to match. Supposedly only about 1000 pairs are going to be released, some of which will be given away through watching the movie and visiting the website. Movie Director Henry Selick was responsible for the design of the large oversize buttons which will be featured on only 100 pairs and 50 boxes to be sold will contain actual real-life props from the movie including cotton candy. The shoes will be sold in a creative circus-themed box. As if all this extravaganza weren’t enough, the shoes will have glow in the dark outsoles to top off the wacky look. The movie Coraline is set to open in theatres February 6th and we are predicting these shoes to drop around the same time. Via Freshness."

Look! The sole glows in the dark!

So it snowed today...

By the time I got around to take pictures it had already melted for the most part.

I hit the gym for the first time today; I ran two miles and did chest and tris. I could already feel the burning after the workout. It's been way too long.

Anyways, here are some shots from today.

Chinstraps and Cute Girls

First, enjoying my new webcam and I think enjoying my chinstraps:

Also, look at how cute my girl and her cousin, Sebastian, are.

Nike Air Huarache Light Burst - Jordan XI Inspired

(Taken from http://www.kicksonfire.com)

Here we feature the Nike Air Huarache Light Burst, which is a hybrid of sorts. They feature the comfortable Nike Huarache system along with the cushioning of the Nike Air Max model, as well as the sole from the Nike Air Burst. This particular version is inspired by the Air Jordan 11 (XI) model and features an upper constructed from mesh along with the notorious patent leather material. They sport a white midsole and semi-translucent red outsole, a color palette modeled after the Air Jordan 11 (XI) Original (OG) - Black / True Red - White.

Can't wait.

Impromptu much?

I haven't really been keeping up with this the last few days. I started back at work this weekend so whenever I've been in bed I've been asleep instead of really playing around on the laptop.

Went out to meet Kevin in the parking garage the other night to chill and show him some photos from the other night on my camera. ...It kinda turned into an impromptu photoshoot full of long exposures. I used a small tripod I carry in my camera bag. Had I known the night would work out that way, I definitely would've brought the bigger one.

Anyways...here, goes!

Back in Nashville

The picture above about sums up the big event of the last weekend.
I'm back in Nashville now feeling lonely and awfully tired.
I need to do something fun today.

A Weekend in Orlando

So I've spent the last few days in Orlando with the girlfriend. It's been an eventful weekend to say the least. The first night I was here we went to a DayGlo party (or in this case, VASEGlo), then the next night we went to a party, and then the next night we went to a party...and then the next night we were in Disney World!

Unfortunately, I have to get up very early tomorrow morning to go to the airport. I'm not very excited to go back to Nashville at this point. I've had a lot of fun with my friends and girlfriend. Now, I'm preparing to leave fun and love for work and-- well, work.

I didn't bring my camera this weekend, so I don't have any pictures. If I find any on facebook that I like, I'll post them.

Post No. Uno

Welcome to my blog. Congratulations! You're now officially reading the first of, what I hope to be, many blog posts. You'll see a lot of photography, sneakers, and updates on my life in general.

It just so happens that I'm going to Orlando this weekend to visit my girlfriend for her birthday and our two-year anniversary. I'm pretty darn excited.
